Be sure to start where you left off, and go all the way to your wrist.

    • Armpit to hipbone

Take the measuring tape and place it comfortably in your armpit with your arm down, and then measure down to your hip bone while standing straight. If you bend over it’s going to affect your measurement.

    • Mid-Shoulder to hipbone

Stand straight and measure over the breast and down the stomach, stopping at the hipbone line. A good way to get an even hip bone line, is to wear a pair of pants, tug them low, and use that as your boundary line.

    • Throat to Hipbone line

Measure from the dip at the bottom of your throat, straight down over your belly button, to your hipbone line.

    • Bust

Take measuring tape and measure yourself at your nipples. It’s best to use a non-padded bra for this, or your measurements will be too big.

    • Under Bust

Measure right underneath your breasts, it’s best not to use your bra strap measurements, as your bra may not be accurate

    • Waist

This is usually the smallest section of your waist, a little bit above your belly button.

    • Hips

Find the top of your hip bones and measure around them, not above them.

    • Hips and Butt

This is going to be the widest area of your thigh and butt, if your thighs are still wider a little lower than this, please measure that as well. We’re all shaped differently!

    • Hipbone to knee

Find the top of your hip bone and measure to your knee.

    • Knee to heel of foot

Be sure to measure exactly where you stopped for the Hip to Knee measurement, and then go all the way to the floor if you’re barefoot, if not, measure to your heel.

    • Inseam to knee

Start from your crotch all the way to the floor. Write down the measurement at your knee, ankle and floor.

    • Knee to heel
